Feature Title

navagation bar should be updated

Problem Statement

To develop Responsive Enhanced Navbar

Proposed Solution

To develop a Responsive Enhanced Navbar , I propose implementing a collapsible design using Flexbox/Grid for seamless adaptation across devices. The navbar will feature a hamburger menu for mobile, smooth hover effects, and a fixed position for easy navigation. Dropdowns will enhance accessibility for multi-link sections, and aesthetic improvements (fonts, icons, colors) will ensure a polished look.
