I have submitted a project proposal at the Open University, to get this issue done. This project is of the same type as the parser refactoring that was done by @DanielSchiavini en @MaartenBaertsoen. |

Currently, Ampersand generates applications for relational databases (after all, it is relation algebra). However, it may also be interpreted as a language for graph databases. This ticket is meant to trigger the development of a Neo4J backend, so that Ampersand can run on a graph database as well.
