Do you plan to implement SSE for subscriptions, in addition to websockets ?

Thanks for the first issue. Sorry I missed it earlier. I'll look at using SSE for subscriptions. If you have any idea on how it can be done then perhaps you could contribute some code or some research.

I can't tell more than what a google search on "graphql sse" can provide, sorry
