Jira Service desk - sort fields

Hello everyone,

In Jira Service Desk we have a field consisting of numbers which is checked using the regex. We also want to sort by this field in the queue in JSD. The problem is that it does not work, other text or number fields that are "normal" Jira custom fields can be sorted.
