Order issue for JIRA9. #17

After upgrade to JIRA9,we can still using Unique Regex Custom Field,but we found the order behaviours seem different to JIRA8,
In order version if we order Unique Regex Custom Field DESC "10.100" will ahead "6.57",but now "10.100" will behind "6.57".

We expect it order like number but now it seems changed to text mode.
