您这个是调用的在线模型吧，离线环境可以使用吗，或者说把resnet50下载到本地，调用本地模型

第一次使用会下载模型，下载完后面就使用的是本地模型了

离线的使用，可以试着手动将模型复制到
linux 环境: /root/.cache/torch/hub/checkpoints ，windows 默认下载到 C:\Users\Administrator.cache\torch\hub\checkpoints
