✨[Feature Request]: Fixed navbar on the top section

Feature Description

1. Fixed navbar on the top of the section
2. Change icon to wrong icon button when user clicks navbar toggle button
3. when the user clicks the navbar item it should be closed navbar

I am GSSOC24 Contributor
