Error with FunD & EstBootComm #1
Description
When calculating alpha (ie plot-level) functional differentiation for abundance data (not the example data) and 50 bootstrap replications, I keep getting the following error:
Error in dij[, X == 1] : incorrect number of dimensions
, which appears to be located in the EstiBootComm.Func. I can run the same code but with zero bootstrap replications. Also, I can run the MultiFD.Beta including 50 bootstrap replications.
