Missing summary function

Many packages provide a `summary` function, which returns a data-frame containing the commonly used information in an easy to access way.

Using a `summary` function provides a degree of detachment from changes the package author may make to the information contained in calls to other functions.

It would improve the usability of the SpadeR package if a `summary` function was available.
