[bug]: shortcuts being shown on single press if file open window active on MacOS 15.5

Description

Hello just found that the shortcuts window is being shown.
Steps to reproduce.

1. set trigger activation in preferences to "pressing activation key twice and hold"
2. open an application (Tested with VIvaldi and Thunderbird)
3. select "open file" from menu
4. single press activation key

Current behavior:
Shortcut panel being shown

App version: 0.30.1 (25337)

Expected behavior

Panel should only be shown on double press.
