Crash due to fail to read chunk data

Describe the bug

When I go to new chunk too far it will crash because fail to load chunk
And also version below to 1.20.4 it said try to load new chunk in version 1.20.4, even I use WorldSystem for specific version

To Reproduce

1. /ws get
2. /ws home
3. Flying around and then boom

Expected behaviour

Not to crash.
