Bare-Metal Hello World Test

Write a C test that prints “Hello World” via UART or simulation console.

For this task, the goal is to validate the basic software → toolchain → RTL → simulation flow. A minimal bare-metal C program is sufficient.

Guidelines:
Use a freestanding C program (no libc dependencies).
Output may be routed to:
a simple memory-mapped UART (if implemented), or
a simulation console mechanism (e.g., $display via a memory-mapped register).
The program must compile using the RISC-V GCC toolchain (riscv32-unknown-elf-gcc).

Provide:
the C source file (hello_world.c)
any required linker script updates
build commands or script used
The test should run successfully in simulation and clearly show the expected output.
