Notify users of Jobs that they have applied to, that need to be "followed-up" on.

Created a new branch for the job badge feature 'feature/job-CRM-followup-badges'. Created a new component 'JobBadge' that contains the logic for lastUpdated date comparison to the current datetime. If the current datetime is greater than 7 days from the last update to the job, then the badge placeholder text is displayed. Soon, instead of the placeholder text, a formatted badge will be displayed. I am open to the style of the badge!
