Emission cube

This feature creates a gas emission ifu cube. Therefore we have to do

• load gas particles
• decide on a lookup/Cloudy model for emission spectra
• interpoltae the lookup table
• implement lookup for individual gas cells
• assign gas particles to bins and add up emission spectra per bin
• calculate cube

@MaHaWo do you have experience with jax.experimental.io_callback or jax.pure_callback (https://jax.readthedocs.io/en/latest/external-callbacks.html)?

It seems for me unrealistic to rewrite the whole CUE PCA and NN from tensorflow to jax. I found a workaround that you can include calls in jax to non jax functions and I am aiming to do this. This throws me no error, however, the function is not fully exectuted (at least as I would judge it). The pipeline in steps (rubix_pipeline_gas_steps.ipynb) is working, however the full pipeline (rubix_pipeline_gas.ipynb) is not producing the right result and is only returning zerro values
