Zod schemas don't alow mid- to long sentences.

**What happened?**
Steps to reproduce:
The zod schemas are a bit too tight. Labels are often much longer than the current max. Plus, often a feedback on the error is missing.

**Expected**
The labels of the researchers are sometimes quite long. This should not break the save logic, and give feedback if happening.
