emmVRC risky functions are completely broken for every world

Player List and probably other mods still have risky functions unlocked though

emmVRC updated to check the server's response before checking for the enable GameObject.
The funny this about this is that if the server is down, the default action is the world is allowed, meaning that there is literally 0 purpose in the eVRCRiskFuncEnable system. Good job on their part with making their own features non-functional.

At this point, I would recommend you just use a different mod, the organization that owns this repo has a ton of mods that can replace emmVRC singlehandedly.
