user auth emails are getting blocked by SPAM filters

We have a common ongoing issue with auth that outgoing emails for account activation are blocked by SPAM filters.

Please add any recommendations to avoid SPAM filter pitfalls to this issue and we'll makes some changes.

Note: the Profiles notifications for PDF downloads are also being diverted to the junk folder on Outlook.com and is probably the same issue.
