I restarted SoS and it ran an update (as usual) after which it reported an error accessing it's configuration (stupidly didn't capture that, sorry!) and now all users/servers/etc are missing.

I've re-added the TFS server and my SoS Online sync but all of the old build/achievements/leaderboard data isn't now showing in SoS although it's still available online.

I'm really sorry to hear that @Gerboa. I'm guessing from your "(as usual)" comment you have 2.3, which had a bug where it always attempted to install an update on reboot. If you upgrade to 2.4.X it will fix that issue, and I believe it will give you a "Reset Reputation" button in settings that should be able to restore all your reputation and achievements:

Please give it a try and let me know how it works. If that doesn't restore your data I can add a feature to sync down aka restore backup from sos online.

Thanks. I was using the latest release 2.3.10 but I've now installed the beta 2.4.6 and reset reputation. As you say, it no longer installs a new version every boot and reputation has been restored.

I would mention that the 2.4.6 download button didn't work at all in Chrome and in IE the resulting download displayed a warning that the signing certificate was invalid.

How odd, I don't get either of those issues, maybe because I'm the author or something. After downloading the msi you did have a valid signature through, correct? If you don't mind me asking what Chrome plug-ins do you use?

I take it back I am getting that warning in IE and Edge, although it looks like it's an IE problem (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/ie/forum/ie10-windows_7/the-signature-of-this-program-is-corrupt-or/90ff01cd-41f1-426d-96a5-fb1a6852e8e2?page=1). I'd still like your help tracking down why it isn't working in Chrome for you if you don't mind.

The beta 2.4 download works in Chrome Incognito; I've compared the two pages and they're the same, so it must be an extension issue. I have too many installed to list them!

I said that my reputation, etc had been restored but it's not quite right (the app says 109 and 4 badges, my online account says 117 and 8 badges).
