Team: provide option to delete all followers at once (bulk editing)

Steps to reproduce

1. Starting at URLhttps://wordpress.com/people/followers/
2. You can then use the "Remove" button to delete a follower from your site.
3. You cannot, however, remove all followers at once.
4. It would be nice to have that option.

Another user requested this, but while troubleshooting I noticed that the invite page only lists the first 1,000 followers.

Meaning if a follower falls beyond that, you can't remove them manually. So that's another scenario where tweaks to the follower page/editing of followers would be helpful.
