Podcasting: Add duration on podcast feed

Steps to reproduce

1. Provide podcast feed from WordPress.com dashboard (Manage > Settings > Writing)
2. Enter the podcast feed on https://partners.stitcher.com/join (click 'Join Us Today' button)
3. Stitcher notifies us that there's a problem with our feed ("episode is missing duration")

Podcast feed is deemed valid when checked on http://validator.w3.org/feed/

What I expected

I was able to provide my feed on Stitcher

What happened instead

Stitcher rejected my feed and informed me of missing duration on the feed.

Looks like something has changed with Stitcher as I was able to submit my feed 3 months ago, but now when I try to submit the feed with the same RSS feed link as before, I get the same error.

Another user requested the duration for their podcast at playingvg.com

16531060-hc as the duration is not appearing on iTunes.

With the PowerPress plugin, the validation process grabs the duration from the audio.

When a user sets up a podcast here they need an audio block and this already shows the duration, so could we grab the value from there and add it to the RSS feed?

Worked with someone wanting to set a duration for episodes on the WPCOM Premium plan. At this time, Apple Podcasts doesn't display anything as itunes:duration isn't set.

Their recent podcast feed does not have itunes:duration tag and instead have two tags.

All the other podcasts on their site has the valid itunes:duration tag and a single tag.
