avalonia: 11.0.12, webassebly
visual studio 2022: 17.13.1
maybe it publish correctly at last month.maybe it error cause by update with VisualStudio(even add the global.json even 7.0.410).
I tried many methods: instead the (old published file) dotnet.js ... so much.

recreate project(manual copy csproj).
replace old basic env files(eg. dotnet.js,avalonia.js,dotnet.wasm...).or even use old publish to replace dll.
add global.json
...

and reduce a simple project then published other computers:
1, VS: 17.9.6, newest sdk: 8.204 ,Failed with same error
2, VS: 17.9.6,newest sdk: 8.302 ,OK

the "DynamicEntity" has some special logic. now i found i can't finish "BindingDynamicEntityBase"(not only used by [common:BindingLang 'Account XXXX']) .
