A-Z Search Block

Add a new block for an A-Z search.
Example: https://www.yale.edu/directories?title=C

The idea is we have a A-Z list like the example and clicking it takes you to search page, I guess you would have to have an option to select the CPT? It should simply redirect to the search page and show only listings with the title starting with the letter and order them A-Z by title

I guess we should use something like https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/components/pagination/ for structure.

It should have the new block settings options like Content/styles/advanced tabs.
