If there is only 1 category for the package, I don't want Default Category to display.

Additionally, the checkbox category section should not allow a person to choose a 4th category if the relevant package is set to 3, and obviously nt allow the user to select a 2nd if the listing package is set to one. This is not occuring.

Use Multiselect instead of Checkbox in the category.
