completiton get concatenated with written string

when i start typing a var name and click on one of the suggestions, it will concatenated to the written var name.

Made a fix for this nasty bug here: #53
Fix is for autocomplete-php v0.3.7.
Also made a pull request for the changes.
Tested it and it works.

I switched over to this one, works well, doesn't have this bug. Also suggests any user defined functions in the same directory:
