[Suggestion] Drive Belt

A belt or chain to go between conveyor belts to avoid needing to use encased chain drives for ramp belts or gearboxes for corners.

A similar concept was done with the Create: Transmission! mod, but with the cogwheel chain drive in this mod, it feels like this fits.
_{It's always nice to take one more mod off the modlist when you find something that does what it does and more :)}

Maybe to not 'infringe' on the Transmission idea, change the visuals up.

Some ideas:

• Tiny Cogwheels
• Joint Shaft for corners
• Double Cardan Joint for directly side-by-side

_{That being said, Transmission has an MIT license, so you could just rip the code if you wanted, ethics/morals aside 😂}

I believe that a mod exists which already has a cardan joint.
I do want to do a flanged shaft which would work for the side to side case (basically tiny cogwheel), but ill have to take it up with the other devs.
