TMPDIR App setting breaks app services #4
Description
Unknowingly, adding a TMPDIR app setting to my PHP 8.2 app service and brought down Kudu (caused it to return 503 service unavailable). TMPDIR should be blacklisted like TMP and TEMP are currently to avoid this issue. Or there should be documentation somewhere that warns users that this can happen.
