Missing TrustFrameworkLocalization ressources file for other languages?

Hello,

I'm not sure if it's a bug or intented as it is, maybe I should ask this in Q&A. just let me know.

Provided files seem to be in english only, where can I get the fr ressources files?

The table in "Supported languages" seem to suggest it's "supported" ("Azure AD B2C includes support for the following languages.) [...]"

But I was not able to find download link.

Maybe I'm misundertanding how it works and we will have to pay for the translation service for the starterpack sample we will be using? (Ex. SocialAndLocalAccounts).
