What changes are you requesting? Upgrade the version 14 to 16.

What scenario are these changes enabling? cx can use azure portal CLI to create quick database dump and restore,

Hi HitenBhavsarMSFT! Our image versions are based off that in Azure Linux. Azure Linux 3.0 will have version 16.1-1 of PostgreSQL: https://github.com/microsoft/azurelinux/blob/3.0/SPECS/postgresql/postgresql.spec. When this rolls out, Cloud Shell will have this version.

Good question, I would ask that in https://github.com/microsoft/azurelinux/issues for when Azure Linux 3.0 will be the default in packages.microsoft.com.
