We'd like to add the following azd samples to the gallery:

@kristenwomack We have completed testing for these four templates and created four issues accordingly. Please review them.

• Python:
  Incorrect instruction: should prompt for 'Function App domain' instead of 'Function App name' in Readme Azure-Samples/mcp-sdk-functions-hosting-python#25
• TypeScript:
  Run func start fails: The system cannot find the file specified (npm) Azure-Samples/mcp-sdk-functions-hosting-node#18
  azd up failed: "tsc: Permission denied" during service deploy Azure-Samples/mcp-sdk-functions-hosting-node#19
  Incorrect instruction: should prompt for 'Function App domain' instead of 'Function App name' in Readme Azure-Samples/mcp-sdk-functions-hosting-node#20
• C#: PASS
• Java: PASS

In addition, regarding the "Demonstrating On-Behalf-Of (OBO) Flow" section of these templates, we were unable to proceed with testing this part because we do not have administrator permissions.
