I've been experimenting with high load scenarios with logicapps in a WS1 plan.
I've tried with 1000's of request sending to a http triggered LogicApp, also with a Service Bus triggered Logic App, but in none of the cases I succeeded in getting the number of instances of my plan scale up to more then 1.
It's always stuck at max 80% of CPU and in stead of saling it starts throwing "Too many requests" errors.
So I was wondering om some documentation on how the scaling in LogicApps Standard is working? Is it maybe only scaling on LogicApp level and not on workflow level?
