Before submitting this plugin to WordPress for review, it must [be in a "complete" state](https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/detailed-plugin-guidelines/#16-a-complete-plugin-must-be-available-at-the-time-of-submission), which I expect also means no broken or unfinished features. There may also be some hurdles on the WordPress side to overcome with respect to trademarks (Cloudflare), project name and slug.
