Feature Request: CLI ability to set custom slippage_bps #16

Description

The Issue

Currently, there is no direct CLI command to modify slippage_bps outside of choosing a pre-defined strategy (Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive, Degen).

Attempts to use slopesniper strategy --set-slippage or slopesniper config --set slippage fail or are ignored, leaving the user locked into preset slippage values (e.g., 100 bps for Balanced).

User Need

In high-volatility markets (Solana meme coins), users often need to manually set slippage to 2%, 3%, or higher without necessarily changing their entire strategy (like max trade size or rugcheck requirements).

Proposed Fix

Add a flag to the strategy or config subcommand to allow manual slippage overrides:
slopesniper strategy --slippage 300 (for 3%)
OR
slopesniper config --set slippage-bps 300

Risk

Low. Slippage is a standard trading parameter and being unable to adjust it leads to failed trades and missed opportunities.
