유튜브에 Spring Batch 성능 개선하기 영상을 잠깐 참고하는데 제가 작성한 코드가 Read 성능에 안 좋은 코드임을 확인했습니다.

데이터베이스에 목 객체를 넣어서 사람 수 마다 걸리는 시간을 측정하고 성능을 개선한 후 걸리는 시간까지도 측정을 해 ReadME에 추가하도록 하겠습니다.
