Refactor employee card to use faux jsdoc format

We should refactor the employee card to use the faux jsdoc format that the project card and opensource card components use. Since we are now repeating the pattern in 3 different components and we've tested it out and it works well, we should look into extracting the faux jsdoc styling we use in multiple places and create a component for it perhaps. We should display the multiplier for the cost increase per employee (the exponential scaling is higher on the higher-tier employees) in the faux jsdoc comment style.
