File Upload: Information is missleading for user #2414

What is your improvement proposal all about?
Improve/adapt the messages "xxx is/are uploaded" and "Uploaded File(s)" is the data upload process.
How does the current implementation works and what is wrong about it?
The information "xxx is/are uploaded " and the "Uploaded File(s)" are very misleading and confusing for the user. They think the file is already uploaded and available in the dataset
How should the (part of the) feature be implemented?
change the message:
"xxx is/are uploaded " -> xxx file(s) is/are ready to be uploaded. Please click 'Submit' to upload the files.
"Uploaded File(s)" ->File(s) ready for upload.
