Currently if a Rhino surface does not have trims, it is being converted accordingly. However, that seems to cause issues further down the line, in software packages that require defining trims (e.g. Revit). Theoretically it should be possible to extract the outer bounds of an untrimmed surface from its definition, but we do not have a method for it I am afraid (and it might be tricky to write one). Therefore, it would be easier to simply convert the untrimmed Rhino surface into a BRep before converting to BHoM, but that will lead to mismatch between input and output.

I am wondering what would be the best way to tackle this.
