D-Day_German 275th Infantry Division Command card cost bug

Describe the bug
When selecting the 275th Infantry Division Command card, it does not reduce the cost of the 10.5cm guns as intended.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select the "Beach Defence Grenadier Company" Formation
2. Select the 10.5cm gun Support Unit
3. Select the "275th Infantry Division" Command card to observe no change in unit cost

Expected behavior
Selecting the 275th Infantry Division Command card should reduce the cost of the 10.5cm Gun unit by 1pt per team.
