New release 1.1 08-May-2020

Improvemens over the first release:

• Station A Protocol 2 now has an improved mix to better distribute the beads in the tube. It also minimizes the time they stay there to avoid sedimentation.
• Station B tweaks implemented and pause for emptying trash
• Station C now stops between steps to allow technicians to check the mastermix was perfectlly distrubuted before trasferring the samples.
• Voice alerts have beem implemented across all protocols.
• Minor code improvements.

Description

First production release:

• Station A scripts: they are meant to prepare samples for extraction.
  • Protocol 1: dispense buffer to tubes.
  • Protocol 2: dispense beads to deep well plate.
  • Protocol 3: dispense lysates to deep well plate with beads.
• Station B: protocol for RNA extraction.
• Station C: protocol for pcr plate preparation.
