Make SmartDashboard Widget that counts down Autonomous mode

Make a SmartDashboard static widget that visually counts down the autonomous mode after it's started (there is an autonomousInit() method in RobotMain that you can use the robot to tell the driverstation when autonomous has started). There is also a tutorial on firstforge that describes how to make a static widget.
