Add sensor to the shooter articulator

Since we can only articulate the shooter a certain range of angles, we are going to want to make sure that we are never trying to go too far in either direction. The most recent (and probably final) idea is to have a light sensor that reads a color off of a wheel to help it determine where the shooter is.
