With tree-sitter-abl version 0.0.29, issue is partially fixed. Short definition of variable is parsed correctly, but the property definition still throws error.
Kamil (tree-sitter-abl developer) said, that he does not have Progress 12.x version, so he does not have access to this feature. Later on we will try to gather him information about it, but it is not the first priority now.
