0.8.4 release

Recently @fujiwarat packaged ibus-bamboo for Fedora Linux.

We are wondering when do you plan to make the final stable 0.8.4 release?

@juhp Sorry for my late response. But currently, I haven't seen the owner of this project in these days come back. He used to active in here a lot before I came in. I have no clue what actually happen to him. As for me, after I graduated university and got a job recently, I am quite busy and haven't code Go much since then. I don't think I am ready take over the project and lead it as a new owner right now. Beside, outside of ibus-bamboo manage permission, I can't do much things around here. Other libraries that ibus-bamboo currently used which have a lot of problems but without owner permission, it is really hard to continue.

The project is stalled for a quite long time after I lost my interest. I would love to see @luongthanhlam response again and see what he think about it. Maybe, I may do make a little mess in here, I wish I can improve situation but due to my priorities in life I don't think I can continue to manage this project.
