Virtual Webcam (Driver shows up in Device Manager) doesn't work #31

For some reason, e2esoft VCam on the host passed through to the VM doesn't work with Lockdown Browser in a VM.
VCam creates a driver for a webcam that I can then set my GoPro Webcam Software or OBS Virtual Camera as the source. The virtual camera shows up with a preview in Camera settings in Windows in the VM and on the host (whereas the GoPro or OBS cameras that are software APIs with no driver don't show up in that menu). The browser in the VM can also use the camera.

(screenshot of VM) Logitech USB webcam works, but the virtual one doesn't work in Lockdown Browser specifically. Also, the virtual part is only on the host, I don't have e2esoft VCam installed in the VM, so the device should be just as real to the VM as the Logitech webcam. (Also, I'm only passing through the Logitech webcam as a webcam device and not a USB device so that it's passed through in the same way as the e2esoft VCam webcam.)

(I hit the "Change my webcam" hyperlink button to switch from the Logitech camera, it is aware of both cameras)
