Description
With the new way of doing secondary extinction -> generality but then remove what were basal species the function is slloooow. Maybe there is a way to be faster?
Can we identify which predators of the species going extinct have a generality of one and assume they will go extinct (so we find predators of spp_to_remove -> get their generality -> filter == 1 -> remove them) At least then we are only calculating the generality of a smaller subset of species and not the entire network each time...
