Github Account Linking

Story

As a participant on the landing page I want to be able to link our teams GitHub repository so that we can have all of the competitions issues, labels and projects mapped to our repository

Acceptance Criteria

A user lands on the link GitHub account page
Given they are using a supported browser there is a option to enter there GitHub repository link
And the instructions on the settings that need to be applied to the account for it to link correctly
When the account is not setup correctly
Then the user is told and linked to the setup guide.

A user lands on the link GitHub account page
Given they are using a supported browser there is a option to enter there GitHub repository link
And the instructions on the settings that need to be applied to the account for it to link correctly
When the account is setup correctly
Then the standard issues, labels and projects are mapped over for that repository
And the landing page is displayed again with the linked account's information.

When the account is setup correctly
Then a spinner is displayed while the process is running.
