it gets changed to use spaces instead

(yes, this is exactly what happens, the first line being indented correctly and the subsequent lines being forced to use spaces)

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?
Make indented doc comment, like this:
Format using whatever keybind (i.e. Cmd+Option+L)
