Check Dependencies

Please, check the list of dependencies in README file. I think some are missing, such as numpy, etc.
It'd also be good to give a standard configuration and environment that works.
(check with Aykut, maybe use the environment I created as a starting point?)

I think those are in turn dependencies of tensorflow, so they will automatically be installed. I will set up some test environments to determine the minimum running requirements
