Data sync in now enabled on Muhurat Trading days. Check for holidays including weekends all moved to defs.checkForHolidays. This allow me to check for Muhurat trading in case it falls on weekends. Suits the function name well.

New Tests are being incrementally added over the next few weeks.

• added support for data sync on Muhurat trading.
• improved defs.checkForHolidays to reduce redundant code.
• checks for weekend moved from Dates.nextDate to defs.checkForHolidays.
• Dates class in Dates.py merged into defs.py. Dates.py deleted.
• Minor changes in defs.validateNseActionsFile.
• New tests written for defs.py covering:
  • defs.getHolidayList
  • defs.getMuhuratHolidayInfo
  • defs.checkForHolidays
  • defs.validateNseActionsFile
