Backward capacity:

1. In MercurySQL/gensql/table.py, Table.struct: force parameter renamed to skipError (from v1.0.0 we will not support force) ([refactor] 'MercurySQL.gensql.Table.struct' param force -> skipError #23 )
2. In MercurySQL/gensql/table.py, Table.update: use data (dict-like form) rather than **kwargs (kwargs-like form) to pass arguments. (From v1.0.0 we will not support kwargs) ([feat] new table.update syntax #26 )
3. as same as 2, table.insert and other functions also needs to be changed
