Search form enhancement: Filter by NEON dpID

The search form should have the ability to filter results by dpID. Imaginging a new section of the search form similar to the taxonomy section -- could decide whether this is better as check boxes or text field. The omcollections table has a field of concatenated dpIDs, being able to translate those into filtering by dpID.
